What do you do in your current role?
My position as Production Technician means that I have a varied role at BUMAX working to support our production and sales teams. This may involve implementing improvements in our production or putting together customer quotes for special products. Working with special products often means identifying which machines and tools should be used to produce them.
What do you like about your job?
I enjoy the variety of tasks I have – from working with investments in our production to customer quotes. We also have a great work environment and atmosphere here in Åshammar where everyone works together well.
How have you developed at BUMAX?
There are lots of opportunities at BUMAX to develop. I feel that I have really developed my technical competence and project manager skills.
What is your proudest achievement to date at BUMAX?
I guess my most recent project, which involved the implementation of a new storage solution in our cleaning line. The solution has improved the flow we have in our cleaning line as well as ergonomics for our employees.
What is the best thing about working at BUMAX?
BUMAX and our managers are really supportive and there are great opportunities to develop both personally and professionally. I also like the fact that our factory in Åshammar is surrounded by beautiful Swedish countryside and nature.
How would you like your role to develop?
I would like to gain more experience working with project financing, and I am ultimately interested in more of a management role in the future.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy gardening and horse riding with my daughter.
